1) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide. There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
2) Do you offer international shipping?

3) Which Postage Service is used for international shipping?
For UK & US orders they are shipped by e-packet with tracking, which is a US Postal Service product. For all the other international destinations, we use China Post Air Mail with tracking.
4) Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you can track your order status and how it is being processed by following the 'Track Your Order' Link.
5) Do I have to pay custom fees?
We are dedicated to providing our products at optimum prices. Therefore Buyer is responsible for paying Tax involved, such as Import Duties/Tax, VAT etc.
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
6) What is the payment option offered?
We accept most major debit and credit cards including Visa, American Express and MasterCard. We also accept payments by PayPal & Apple Pay.
7) How many days will it take to receive the product once ordered?
The delivery time varies. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the ordered items usually take between 7 to 14 days to reach its destination. Please note that the estimated delivery time is shown at the time of checkout.
8) I changed my mind for other product, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Service Team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would
like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!
9) I received the wrong products, what do I do?
We apology for any inconveniences and we’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement products order.
10) Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The product must be in the same condition as received and unused and must be in the original packing.
11) Can I cancel my products order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. This time frame makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we'll do our very best to support your request.
